Bringing change through culture, education, empowerment, and unity in Kikorongo and beyond.
Kikorongo means “too much sunshine” in our local language, Lhukonzo. Just like the strong sun over the African plains, the women of Kikorongo shine with energy, strength, and a deep love for their community.
We are a group of passionate women working together to improve the lives of women, girls, and families in our village and beyond. From protecting girls against early marriage to preserving our cultural traditions, our programs are designed to empower, educate, and uplift.
Whether you are a visitor, donor, partner, or friend — we invite you to join our mission. You can support us by:
to support our programs
your skills and time
to learn and connect
our story with others

We need people like you to help children in need, whether by sponsoring a child, becoming a prayer partner, or going on a mission trip. Your gifts and talents can make a difference.
We use local knowledge, traditional music, agriculture, and crafts to make change. We believe that women are the heart of every community, and when you empower a woman, you uplift everyone around her.
